Our Extra Virgin Oil
Our Land
Nestled in the hilly terrain near Orvieto in Umbria, often called the “green heart of Italy,” our land offers the perfect environment for producing premium olive oil. Spanning six hectares, the Casale Zeno estate is home to over 1000 young olive trees, cultivated organically and certified as “biologico”. These trees, a harmonious mix of Moraiolo, Frantoio, and Leccino varieties, are meticulously fertilized, pruned, and harvested by hand to ensure the highest quality.

Our Olive Oil
Our olives are harvested from late October to November, depending on weather conditions, and transported to our trusted “frantoio” (mill) within 48 hours to preserve their freshness. According to European Union standards, extra virgin olive oil (EVO) must have an acidity level below 0.8%. Our 2024 oil boasts an impressive acidity level of just 0.25%, reflecting the exceptional quality of our olives, precise processing methods, and careful storage practices.
