Named after the hosts’ second granddaughter, Casa Eva is situated on the first floor adjacent to the main house with private access via external stairs. It has lovely views over the olive fields and gardens and offers a private outdoor terrace. The newly refurbished two bedroom apartment offer ample space (90sqm) with two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine and a Lavazza coffee machine to kickstart your day. Casa Eva is completely self-contained and one bedroom with a large queen size bed and one with two singles that can be joined up.
There is a lovely spacious living room with a dining table and double full height glass doors leading to a balcony area with table and chairs.
The sofa can double as an extra bed and there’s a large Samsung Smart TV for movie nights. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning in both the bedrooms and heating for winter months.

We spent a wondeful long-weekend in Casa Eva. An incredibly nice and peaceful location in the middle of the countryside surrounded by olive trees and only a 10-minute drive away from the beautiful ancient city of Orvieto. The accomodation is absolutely perfect, clean and fully equipped with all home appliances you can imagine, like airco, heating, fridge, microwave, oven, espresso machine, etc.. We even found fresh tulips in the living room (as I am Dutch) as a welcome surprise ( so nice ! ) – just to make you understand what Tony, Jo and Nicole mean by hospitality. Everything was super-nice and thanks to them we managed to enjoy a couple of days of total relax. The only pity was that we couldn’t take a dip in the swimming pool because the weather was too cold – but it means we will definitely be back soon to also enjoy the pool ! – In other words, Casa Eva is a great place to stay !
A little piece of Heaven! I had the best stay – it was everything i wanted it to be. The hosts were amazing and very welcoming and always ready to help with any questions. The accommodation was truly beautiful and functional. Very comfy beds and bedding – loved the pillows. Kitchen has everything you might possibly need including a great coffee machine and the hosts left capsules in the kitchen. Hosts also left a bottle of wine which was very generous. The views from this property are extraordinary in every direction, especially towards Orvieto and from the swimming pool. There are enough outside space to enjoy for eating, hanging out or just being by the pool. The hosts have a file with all the things you can do in the area and there are great walking routes around that you can do from the property.
