The farmhouse consists of the space where we live and two spacious self-contained dwellings perfect for a holiday, explore the area or a quick stop for a weekend. Both Casa Isla and Casa Eva were recently renovated, they have lovely views of the local village and Orvieto beyond and come with everything you’d expect from a beautifully designed home, Smart TV’s, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning.

Two bedroomed, two bathroomed apartment with an exclusive outdoor eating area. The larger double bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom with twin beds; both with air-conditioning. The living room is light and airy with large double window doors onto a terrace with a large sofa bed, 55” smart TV, and a well organised kitchen with fridge, gas hob, oven, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine and dishwasher.

Casa Isla
Two bedroomed detached cottage with its own private garden and BBQ area. There is a spacious double bedroom and a twin-bed room both with air-conditioning. The living room/dining space comes a sofa bed, and a smart TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Lavazza coffee machine.

House Rules
We are happy for you to smoke but outside only please and respect other guests. We live live here too so we ask that after midnight you keep the volume down for any outside music. We are happy to accept children over 12 but please be aware that we do not cater for really little ones, the land around the house is steep and could be dangerous for unsupervised children . Its worth also bearing in mind that the pool has steps but does not have a shallow end. We also ask that guests only use the air conditioning at night and switch off during the day. It saves the planet but also means we don’t have to charge extra for it.
Cancellation Policy
A 10% deposit is required to secure a booking, this deposit is refundable up until 30 days prior to arrival. The full amount of the booking is payable 30 days before arrival and is non refundable. If you do need to cancel with 30 days of the date of arrival we would do our best to change your booking for you but any increases in rates will apply and we can’t guarantee that.
A 50% deposit maybe required if you are a larger group (more than 6) and are booking more than one apartment/house for the same period.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover all eventualities if for any reason you are unable to travel. It protects all of us from the unexpected.
